TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to have read and understood the terms outlined below

WON'T DRAW

  • excessive gore / extreme violence

  • illegal activities / anything deemed ethically or morally wrong

  • humans ,humanoids, robots (robotic elements are ok)

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is required in USD upfront via paypal sent as "services" with 'no shipping' please

  • In the case of orders totalling $100 or more, I am willing to accept half upfront and half after

  • The paypal email will be provided to you after your commission has been accepted

  • Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis and is up to the artist to determine

GENERAL

  • Commissions will typically be finished in 3-4 weeks but may take up to 6-8 weeks

  • I am willing to make any edits/changes at the sketch phase, past that changes may incur a fee

  • My work is not to be edited in any way after it is finished, unless it is a sketch

  • For custom designs I am willing to make changes until you are happy with the result

  • Nor is it to be redistributed without proper credit "Sevyn" remaining on the piece or on the site

  • Do not, under any circumstances, use my work for the generation of AI or related programs

PRICES & EXAMPLES

REFERENCE SHEETS - $40

  • standard includes 1-view, 2 small addons OR 1 big addon / companion & a designed ref layout

  • +$15 per additional fullbody view || +$10 per headshot view || +$3-8 per addon (varies)

  • revamp fee: +$5 for minor changes / +$10-15 for major changes

  • custom fee: $+20 - 40 based on complexity and species

LITTER PUPPIES - $60

  • litter pups CAN be resold and I don't require a profit split! (:

  • standard includes 1-view, 2 small addons OR 1 big addon / companion & a designed ref layout

  • +$15 per fullbody || +$10 per headshot || +$3-8+ per addon (based on complexity and size)

LARGE ARTS - VARIES

  • price will vary pending the character's complexity and design, please message for a quote

  • standard piece is a fullbody flat view with optional stylistic outline/shadow design effects

  • +75% of the quoted price for an additional character to be added to the piece

FORMS

Feel free to remove anything that does not apply to you / you don't needName: please include Discord ID and/or FP ID for point of contact
Type: please include the type of art ie; large art, ref, etc
Reference: for customs please put your concept/idea along with moodboards, color pallets, etc
for litter pups please put parents refs and your concept for the puppy
Personality: please include a personality trait, or expression that you want conveyed in the piece
Views / Addons: please include how many views / addons you would like, include any details
Other: Anything else you want to add, such as text on a reference or specific glow color/shadow
